Hale Kimeki

Welcomed by mature monkey pods and coco palms, Hale Kimeki or “House of Concrete” situates itself in the lush pastureland of Kauai’s North Shore.

This concrete structure built to endure winds of up to 130 mph, took on a well needed remodel. With strong bones and a poignant vision from our client, this home now evokes a museum-like living experience adorned with local Hawaiian art,  and the utmost craftsmanship. 

The home features a large wrap around lanai, elegant board form finishes, and stylish wood carpentry such as a custom teak tub. A full tiki bar adds an element of play to the luxurious home. 

In total, Hale Kimeki serves as a tasteful rendition of Hawaiiana meets Brutalism.
